As an Integration Engineer, you will plan, design and implements the integration process. This can also include creating documentation for the process so that future managers and engineers know how to solve potential issues.

Your responsibilities:  

  • Managing solutions for customer satisfaction and product delivery. 
  • Server and services provisioning and configuration management using infrastructure as code tools. 
  • Creating and maintaining automation tools for managing and monitoring various software solutions. 
  • Creating and maintaining technical and customer facing documentation on integrating software components.  
  • Providing advanced support and facilitating meetings with customers and 3rd party vendors. 
  • Proposing, planning and implementing further improvements based on the technology trends and in line with current business and engineering needs.

 

What we're looking for:    

  • Experience in advanced support/QA/DevOps or a similar role is a plus.   
  • Previous experience in integrations and product delivery process is preferable.  
  • Hands on experience in problem solving and technical troubleshooting. 
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (such as Prometheus/Alerta). 
  • Solid experience with CI/CD tools and concepts, Networking, Linux (Ubuntu), REST API and cloud technologies.   
  • Solid knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python is preferable).  
  • Team player and customer-oriented person. 
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
